Waterline demanded a wayfinding system that could unify three distinct communities—luxury hotel, corporate offices, and residential units—across 1,025 feet of elevation while maintaining LEED Gold certification standards. Every material choice, every sign placement, every directional element had to serve both function and the building's architectural vision.
