Terms Building Image Group, Inc. (BIG) requires a 50% deposit on all projects
prior to production.
Balance due upon substantial completion of project is net 10 as described within project specifications.
Purchase orders and/or signatures without deposit money are only acceptable as authorization
to proceed with Established Clientele, Universities and Government organizations upon approval by BIG, Inc. management.
Warranties Building Image Group, Inc. (BIG) does hereby warrant and guarantee all labor and material incorporated into the
project by BIG, Inc. and its subcontractors. BIG, Inc. guarantees all contracted items purchased to be free from defects
in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of substantial completion.
BIG, Inc. will repair or replace, to the satisfaction of the Owner, any and all
work which may prove to be defective within warranty period.
In the event of BIG, Inc.'s failure to comply to requests to perform repairs or replacement of defects
in a timely manner, upon written notification, BIG, Inc. does hereby authorize the Owner to proceed to have defects
repaired or replaced and made good at the expense of BIG, Inc., and BIG, Inc. hereby agrees to pay all costs and charges incurred
thereof immediately upon demand. This Warranty-Guarantee is limited to defects in workmanship and materials for the
period stated above and does not include defects and deterioration due to normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect or lack
of maintenance.
